HOSPITALITY, EAST LONDON

Consistent covers, across the whole trading week.

The decision about where to eat is made on a phone long before anyone leaves the house, and it is made on your reviews, your menu and your opening hours. We manage all three continuously, and we work around service rather than through it.

Chef plating at the pass during evening service
Table for four, half seven tonight
Booked while service ran
Demand for a table peaks at exactly the hour your team is least able to answer the phone. Your website is the part of the business that stays available.
PRIORITIES IN THE FIRST QUARTER
WHAT THE PLAN COVERS
ACCURACY OF LISTINGS
Opening hours maintained across the year, bank holidays included
One menu, consistent between your window and every search result
Historic numbers and addresses traced and corrected at source
BOOKINGS AND ORDERING
Tables held against a deposit at any hour, without a member of staff
A menu that loads on a weak connection and reads on a small screen
Online ordering introduced only where the margin supports it
THE TRADING CALENDAR
Christmas and Valentine’s planned far enough ahead to sell out
Instagram content drafted for your kitchen to publish, as a £350 a month addition
Seasonal campaigns priced before they run and measured after
+31%
increase in midweek covers for a restaurant in Stratford, over the course of the engagement.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SITE
It might not need replacing. You will know which before you spend anything.
Answering before you are asked

Hours, menu, dietary questions and whether dogs are welcome are asked continually, in person and online. We place those answers where customers are already looking, then take the booking and secure it with a deposit.

Bookings and deposits taken directly on your own site
Menu, hours and access questions answered before they are asked
Confirmation sent automatically the moment a booking is made
Barista steaming milk at the espresso machine mid-morning rush
Neighbourhood cafe glowing at dusk with drinks and a candle on a marble table
The answer a phone gives tonight

When somebody nearby asks a phone where to eat, the answer is assembled from your listing, your reviews and your site. We maintain all three as ongoing work rather than a one-off exercise.

Your presence in AI answers monitored and corrected
Your Maps profile worked on monthly, not completed once
Every review answered weekly, in your voice
ACCOUNTABILITY
One relationship, one point of accountability, and the same person across strategy, delivery and reporting for the life of the engagement.
Questions we are asked before an engagement begins
Very little. We meet twice a month on Core and up to four times on Growth, and nothing is scheduled across prep or service. Core includes six hours of work a month and Growth fourteen, none of which needs to come out of trading time.
Yes. Both are built into the site, which is scoped and quoted as its own project alongside the monthly plan. The finished site, and every account behind it, belongs to you from the first day.
Core is £850 a month and Growth £1,450, with 15% off either on a six-month term. The minimum commitment is three months, because a quarter is the shortest period over which local visibility shows a readable change, and it runs month to month after that.
An audit sets out where your visibility is working, where it is not, and what the difference is worth to a business of your size.
