HAIR AND BEAUTY, EAST LONDON

Consistent chair utilisation, across every stylist.

A new client chooses a salon by looking at the work before she looks at anything else, then at the price list, then at who she would be sitting with. We build the site in that order, and put booking at the end of it.

Empty salon chair and mirror between clients
Booked with Sam, Thursday at six
Deposit taken on the same screen
The salons commanding the highest prices in London share a pattern: their portfolio sits on their own site and is sorted by service, their price list is published, and booking is available from the corner of every screen. None of it is technically difficult. It is simply decided, and then done.

HOW NEW CLIENTS ARRIVE
First position for your own salon name, above the directories
Named when somebody asks a phone for a colourist nearby
Colour corrections routed and quoted before a chair is committed
£4,600
in new bookings per month for a salon in Loughton, reached by month five of the engagement.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE EACH MONTH
Which services were booked, where new clients came from, and what each offer returned, reported in a form that takes a few minutes to read.
Where your best work should live

Most of a salon’s strongest work sits on a phone in the back room, or on a feed where it passed once and disappeared. On your own site, filed by service, it continues to work for years. We build the structure. Your team fills it.

Before and after sets where the colour work justifies them
Every image attributed to the stylist who did it
Your own photography uploaded as you take it; a commissioned shoot is separate brand work, at £900 to the photographer plus £300 for direction and edit
Stylist sectioning glossy hair in front of an arched brass mirror
Modern salon backwash area in golden-hour light
Bookings made outside your opening hours

The search for a colourist frequently begins in the evening, at home, with the salon closed and nobody available to answer. The action that starts a booking is therefore fixed to the top right of every page, and on a phone it remains within reach as she scrolls.

Your cancellation terms on the screen she agrees to
Colour corrections down their own route, quoted before the chair is committed
The list of people who booked stays yours
ACCOUNTABILITY
One relationship, one point of accountability, and the same person across strategy, delivery and reporting for the life of the engagement.
Questions we are asked before an engagement begins
No. The policy is yours to set, service by service. A common configuration is half in advance on colour and nothing on a dry cut. The deposit, the cancellation window and the reminder sequence are all built to match what your team already says at the desk.
Not usually. Where a project calls for it we commission and direct a photographer: £900 to the photographer and £300 for our direction and edit, agreed before the shoot. Otherwise your own images are used, and we show your team how to take them well.
Core is £850 a month and Growth £1,450, with 15% off either on a six-month term. Three months is the minimum, because visibility in Maps and search does not move meaningfully inside a fortnight, and it continues month to month after that.
An audit sets out where your visibility is working, where it is not, and what the difference is worth to a business of your size.
