INDEPENDENT RETAIL, EAST LONDON

Footfall and online revenue, managed as one.

The item was on your shelf. The customer drove to the retail park because nothing online told them otherwise. We make what you stock visible at the moment somebody nearby is deciding where to go.

Small independent shopfront seen from across the street at early morning
CLICK AND COLLECT
Order ready by 4pm
Two items put by at the counter, paid online while you served the queue.
Collected ✓
Two shops on the same street, equally good at what they sell. The one that takes the customer is usually the one that was easier to find and easier to deal with on a phone. That is a solvable difference, and it is the one we work on.
PRIORITIES IN THE FIRST QUARTER
WHAT THE PLAN COVERS
LISTINGS AND STOCK VISIBILITY
Every category you carry represented, not only the shop name
Bank holiday hours correct at the moment somebody checks
Nothing left on a listing that has stopped being true
THE SHOP, ONLINE
A site that reads like the shop, on a small screen
Click and collect or delivery, where the margin supports it
Fast enough to load on a phone standing outside your window
REPEAT CUSTOM
A reason to return to the shop, rather than another newsletter
New stock drafted for your feed as it arrives, published by you, as a £350 a month addition
Launches and events when a delivery deserves an audience
£3,400
in additional online revenue per month for a shop in Walthamstow, over six months.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SITE
It may not need replacing. Frequently the return is greater in repairing what slows the current site down than in rebuilding it, and the audit tells you which before you commit to anything.
Open when the shutter is down

Trading hours end; the questions do not. What you stock, where you are, whether an item can be held until Saturday. Your website is the part of the business that remains open, and it either answers or it loses the sale.

Stock worth travelling for, presented properly
Answering at ten at night, without you
Payments and reservations taken on the site
Click-and-collect order in a kraft gift bag waiting on a modern shop counter
Morning sun across display tables in a modern homeware store
Winning the search before the visit

A national chain appears beside you in every result, with a budget you are not competing with. What you can win is relevance: your actual stock, described in the words customers use, across every surface that answers a local question.

Every review answered, the unfavourable ones included
What search engines and AI assistants read about you, kept current
Listings consistent everywhere they appear
ACCOUNTABILITY
One relationship, one point of accountability, and the same person across strategy, delivery and reporting for the life of the engagement.
Questions we are asked before an engagement begins
Where the margin supports it, yes. Online ordering and click and collect are scoped and quoted as their own project alongside the monthly plan, and the finished shop belongs to you.
Some systems integrate readily and some do not. Tell us what you run and we will set out plainly what it can and cannot be made to do. Where a project needs specialist hands we brief them and direct the work, and their charge and ours appear as separate lines on your invoice.
Not on range and not on delivery, and there is no point pretending otherwise. You compete on being the nearest place that has the item today, on knowing what you sell, and on being findable at the moment somebody nearby decides. That is where the plan works. Core is £850 a month and Growth £1,450, with 15% off either on a six-month term, three months to start and month to month after that.
An audit sets out where your visibility is working, where it is not, and what the difference is worth to a business of your size.
